There is no such thing as having self care available to you. Management at Hi**land, IN made it habit to publicly reprimand, micromanage and embarrass employees in front of other employees and clients. I found myself having to defend my license and bylaws many times. They will book you back to back with zero minutes in between clients (one appt ends at 3, the next one starts at 3). They will overwork you, overbook you, expect you to service sexually inappropriate clients and if you don't, they book those clients with other therapists.
